first aid
For small wounds or injuries that you can treat yourself, you will find a first aid kit in the breakfast room in the top drawer in the middle (labeled). There is another first aid kit in the anteroom after the shoe room. If it is an emergency and you need a doctor, please do not hesitate to ring the bell or come to the private area!
beverages
You will find drinks for sale in the breakfast room. If you take drinks, please add them to the list. The wines are 100% organic and come from the Wolfgang Müllner winery in Lower Austria.
Coffee:
We have a great coffee machine from Kaffee Partner. Coffee with breakfast is of course included in the room price.
You are welcome to use the machine in the afternoon/evening....

You will find the cups in the breakfast room on the far left in the large cupboard in the middle drawer.

With the guest card you can travel free of charge on the Postbus throughout East Tyrol. You can find the current bus schedules on the notice board at reception or in the VVT app. We will be happy to help you find the right bus route.
room keeping
The times for daily cleaning are Monday to Saturday 07.30 - 12.00 a.m.. Sundays are "family day" for us. We therefore only allow ourselves to clean the rooms with a change of guests on Sundays.
In general, as far as the weather permits, please ventilate extensively!
shoes
To keep the wooden floors beautiful for a long time, we ask you not to wear hiking boots or street shoes in the rooms. You are welcome to leave your shoes in the drying room. There is enough space for everyone.
Skibus
The ski bus stops directly behind our house where the road goes to Großdorf. You can find the timetable on the notice board at reception. If you need an earlier bus, please let us know the day before!
leftovers
Our pigs are happy to be fed. You can throw all your leftovers in with the pigs yourself or you can give them to us. Please don't "store" them for too long, otherwise the pigs won't be able to eat them either. Our pigs do not like banana, lemon and orange peel, coffee filters and onion skins.
Taxi
The Glockner cab from the Ködnitzhof can be ordered by telephone at 00436645219089. The cab runs until 10.00 p.m.

You will find laundry bags in the cupboard. We are happy to wash, dry and iron your laundry. The duration of the laundry service and the price will be agreed individually depending on the quantity and number of washes required.
